- The product is not a need, it's a nice-to-have which makes it very challenging to sell people on - Theres minimal real-time data to show that 1:1 human-to-human coaching makes a drastic impact - Most of the employees at Bundle are close to the people they directly work with, and then outside of that, you are on your own - Being remote is very hard to form as strong working relationships as when you see people but some of the employees dont even try - When I left I could tell nobody really cared

Remote that’s about it, no real pros

Ended contract with zero notice and constantly pivoting, horrible management and work life balance
