If an employer only makes the minimum effort to pay employees, why would those employees have any incentive to put in anything other than minimum effort to the job? On several occasions they completely lost all hot water, And they expected us to continue cleaning equipment with cold water. The restaurant should have been shut down. The sanitation violations alone there were ridiculous. I suffered prolonged physical and mental abuse by other employees. Management knew what was happening and they did nothing, just looked the other way, absolutely despicable. I am still suffering with mental health issues today as a result.
