Taxes were averaging 30-40%+ with them. I owed on taxes because they messed up on my taxes. Management in Utah, is un-trained. They expect top performers right out of the gate, and if you do not meet those expectations they fire you. No plan to grown or help your sales career grow. Lack of responsibility and Accountability via management. No form of helping you if your “not meeting expectations”, just “do better”. Heavily into work life and personal life balance, but every week they ask/expect you too work more than your scheduled hours.
