If there is a choice to choose negative star rating, i will be giving this company a negative 10. Nepotism is common in the organization. Their Byte styles are all very surfaced, they don't do what they preach. Bonuses are paid based on manager's discretion. Managing up is common and they have trust issue with non-chinese nationality.
