Salaries and positions are a bit of a lottery. Some staff arrive with less than 3 years of experience and end up with a high position in very little time. Not always related to performance but good lobbying. The Management Team is not diverse (mostly British/American and with similar backgrounds).

Laughably low pay, limited opportunities for career progression, insubstantial work, questionable outcomes, terrible management, despicable treatment of workforce that shows with an incredibly high turnover rate. Management doesn’t care and continues to hire and break motivated young people eager to make a difference, and who will inevitably leave, utterly disillusioned.
