Highly bureaucratic. Open favoritism from top leadership to middle management where visibility is favored beyond actual result. No work from home, Heavenly for poor performers as HR protects poor performers and management punishes high performers. Low base pay. Do not expect diversity as it is controlled by biased Recruitment team.
