The people are what really make this job great. This is a fun group of up-beat individuals and each person brings something great to the table. Cohesive team environment. Management listens to feedback from staff and works to make changes. Competitive pay. 12 hour shifts ensure you get overtime pay on every check and extra overtime is always available. 3-4 days off per week allows for other pursuits outside of work. We really effect the patient's outcome and the workflow of our clients in a positive way. You always feel like you are contributing. Requests are always changing and challenging. I am almost never board. We even process international transfers using a language translate service.

Minpunten

Some processes, especially changes, take longer now that we are corporate. You need to be flexible and able to work day, night or swing if needed. You will be on-call 1-2 times per month.
