      Minpunten

      - No clear direction. There have been times where I was confused about what team I was working on. I was tossed around teams without my knowledge. - The upper management hires people they know (not a lot of bright people coming in because of nepotism) - Not a very good atmosphere for beginners (seniors are always fighting amongst each other and you are forced to pick sides and upset some people) - No developer growth programs

      Your experience at CCC is the opposite of what we would want any employee to experience and does not align with the feedback employees give us in engagement, exit surveys, and our voluntary turnover in P&T is very low. Although you have left the company, we would like to understand the specifics of your point of view so as to ensure a better experience for current and future employees.       Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
