They really care about their employees. CDC really goes the extra mile for their employees. Your birthday is always remembered and a gift card for Christmas is very thoughtful. It is an employee owned company so its nice to know you are earning money for your future. They are honest and trustworthy when dealing with their customers.
Minpunten
It would be nice if they would be more agressive with their clients and how they treat their site employees. It would be help if the site employees felt that if their jobs were in trouble on their sites, the company would retain them and secure a position for them at another site.
