      Good hours, little supervision. Get lots of travel throughout the country.

      Minpunten

      Little mentor ship for new hires. First day of work, no one even knew I was coming. Management is so scattered, you never get to see anyone's face. Many jobs that you are sent out on have little learnign experiences which is what you are supposed to do anyway. Lots of pressure to pass exams without any help or advice from senior engineers.

      This company has changed and not for the better. I started working here under Edwardson and was blessed to experience Tom Richards. When the new CEO C.L took over the company started cutting back on perks and implementing layoffs. This last one seemed so cold and tone deaf. It definitely left a bad taste. I'm blessed to still be here but I am actively looking at other opportunities. It is so sad what is becoming of this place
