None that I can think off.

Minpunten

1. Used to be a great company with great culture. With so many recent acquisitions the company’s culture has taken a noise dive specially after the acquisition of Sirius Computers. All the leadership has been taken over by Sirius and they are instilling a really bad culture. Sirius team is regularly using F words during meetings. Very unprofessional. 2. Pay is lower than industry standard. Raises are below average. 3. Leadership does not communicate. 4. Multiple acquisitions over the last 3 years has caused a lot of integration issues.

Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
