Minpunten
While we employees are eager to see our future in this incredible company, we are equally disappointed by the significant issues our organization is facing. As a growing company, we need exceptional leaders who understand their roles and responsibilities and can drive meaningful changes for a better organization. Unfortunately, we have tragically failed in this regard. We are left with leaders who excel only in their superficial acting skills, which bring no real value. It is discouraging to observe our India Leadership's hesitance to accept genuine feedback. Effective leaders should not only provide constructive feedback to their team members but also graciously receive and act upon feedback directed at themselves. Unfortunately, we are currently facing leaders who seem to lack maturity and some essential leadership skills. They manipulate situations to favor their decisions, causing only their favorites to thrive, while others face intentional stress or are forced out of the company. These leaders possess an exceptional ability to evade any situations that may appear threatening, even in the slightest. They do not hesitate to manipulate circumstances to their advantage and turn the tables in their favor. The Engineering leader offers exceptional remote work options to his preferred employees. A lead in his team is granted the privilege to work remotely for personal reasons, while many others with similar personal needs may also want to work remotely, but not everyone gets that privilege. This raises the question of whether we are operating in a biased work culture that differentiates among employees. This is just one of many examples of leaders misusing their power, which could harm the company's brand. Positive reviews from the India team on Glassdoor appear to be fabricated. We are apprehensive about sharing our thoughts and feedback within the organization, finding it difficult to trust anyone to honestly express our feelings or experiences. If we dare to voice our opinions, we fear being fired, as there is no job security and only the favored ones succeed. We have no confidence in discussing any matter with the HR Team, as it seems pointless. We haven't observed any positive actions from their side. It appears that these leaders are biased and tend to operate in a unified manner, which can sometimes lead to a lack of diverse perspectives. We have noticed that the current approach involves sending lengthy emails and holding multiple meetings only to prove their existence, which may not always address the core issues. Trivial matters are often given more attention than necessary, while more significant issues may not receive adequate responses or actions. We earnestly request the US Leadership to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, as many employees are experiencing stress under these poor leadership practices. Please initiate an anonymous survey, as it is our only means to give our genuine feedback.
