Communication between the US management team and the management team in China. The Chinese market and way of conducting business is very different than the US standard.

Poor leadership and management within the marketing department created significant workload and communication challenges. Employees were expected to consistently work far beyond normal full-time hours, with little recognition or support. During my employment, I worked more than 500 hours of overtime beyond a standard 40-hour workweek in just one year without additional compensation, comp time, or meaningful acknowledgment. Expectations continued to increase while resources, staffing, and management support remained limited. Paid very low salary.
