Minpunten
Outdated development process. Managers lead the time like in 90s. Too much politics whem interacting with other teams and managers care alot of their reputation. As long as you don't embarrass your manager infront of other teams by introducing production bug etc, you should be fine. No transparency on whether the contract will be renewed or not until last two weeks. Managers hold too much power in technical decisions yet they are not very competent, and they play safe too much.
