I have experienced that CIMCON is committed to developing and promoting diverse talent. Yearly staff tour is something unique about CIMCON that stands out CIMCON from any other organisation. CIMCON is the place where I would like to work again if I ever decide to return back to my native place, Ahmedabad.

      It is a product-based company with 30+ years of stability. Opportunity to work with large enterprise customers of the US and UK for enterprise-class products. Having 5 days of working, Flexi timing, and fun events make it a fun place to work.

      Minpunten

      Nothing I came across. However as there are other companies with CIMCON name in that like CIMCON Lighting, CIMCON Automation, and CIMCON Software (India) Pvt. Ltd., there is confusion among employees before joining.
