Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on improving our sales training and on-boarding. One big part of the change is our focus on initial training and more hands-on coaching. I'm sorry to hear you did not get this while you were here, but we are working hard to make sure that we provide the resources associates need to be successful. Our goal is to provide the right training so that associates can be successful while only working 40-45 hours per week.
