There's a lot of changes happening at the company. Lots of layoffs. Weird hours which comes with working at a 24 hours news station. Not a set hour break in shifts. Hard to move up.

CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
