The culture is great! Everyone is very collaborative and supportive both personally and professionally. Working on cutting edge science is very rewarding and inspiring, but can have some added pressures.
Minpunten
Hard to identify cons- have only been in the role for a few months. Company is small so processes are still evolving, but we are rapidly expanding - hoping the company can maintain good culture/work environment and not over hire/create frequent turnover.
