Pluspunten
I have only been working at CPC Strategy for a short time, but can already tell that I have become a part of something very special.
There are so many companies that preach about their unique "company culture," but it usually equates to little more than throwing a ping pong table in the breakroom and opting for a trendy, open-space workplace. The culture at CPC, on the other hand, is not only an extremely rewarding one, but is an integral part of the organization. The office is full of young, smart people who work hard and elevate the team members around them. Employees are treated very well; generous benefits, a casual atmosphere, a game room that can actually be (and is constantly) used, fun company events, and even a keg of craft beer in the kitchen reserved for Friday afternoons. Most important of all, though, every employee's opinions and thoughts are truly valued and taken into consideration. Immediately upon joining the team, you become an important and influential part of it. As a result of this culture, everybody here is highly motivated to do whatever they can to propel the company forward - eliminating the need for strict, limiting rules or policies.
Finally, the vision for the future of CPC Strategy is exciting and inspiring, a credit to some very talented leaders here. It will be cool to see what we do in the next few years. I am very happy I am able to be a part of it.
