Free cans of pop. A Domino's every month or so. Free drinks on a yearly night out. Decent banter. The actual job is interesting.
Minpunten
High staff turnover so not enough experience, and far too many youngsters to manage and train effectively.
It's well know that HR can't keep anything private, and the sleazy CEO and his gang think Wolf of Wall Street was an aspirational film.

Since CGA acquired CPL, the company has seen many positive changes. We pride ourselves on recruiting the highest skilled candidates to ensure that we can create and maintain an adept workforce. We aim to have a workforce that freely expresses diversity in age, gender, race, religion, sexuality and many more!
Every other job or company feels so much easier, every team is friendlier and more cohesive, everything is just better, because at least it's not CPL.
This includes jobs where I was spat at and sworn at. I'd pick these over working here again.

I am not exagerrating when I say I cried every day before heading into work. I didn't last long, because the Managing Director was such a vicious bully who made up for his inability to communicate with mouth-frothing, eye-bulging aggression. That man later went on to be CTO, so good to see talent gets recognised there (/s).
