      Lack of consistent long-term strategy inhibits ability of organization to achieve its potential on mission objectives. Can result in sense that you have to swim against the tide to achieve mission objectives.

      People who work there are really friendly. Got a lot of exposure to alternative dispute resolution, and the opportunity to publish a few articles.

      Minpunten

      They don't really hire entry level attorneys, so don't expect to parlay an internship into a job out of law school.
