I work in the company’s call center. This isn’t my first customer service job, but so far it’s been one of the best. They definitely want us to put the customer first, but it isn’t at the expense of our emotional and mental wellbeing. If a customer is being nasty or treating us like dirt, our managers have our back and we’re regularly told that we don’t have to accept that kind of treatment. I think this is the way it should be in more CS jobs.

Minpunten

The company’s promotion structure isn’t clear, and trying to get a manager to nail anything down is almost impossible. They do say that hard workers will get promoted, and so far I haven’t seen any blatant shows of favoritism… but it would be nice to have more concrete guidelines to follow when it comes to promotions and moving up in the company.
