Managers and technology is second to none. I could work in this type of environment the rest of my life and it would be a great career. I would have moved to a new city to get this job because of this companies reputation in the national stage. No strict attendance policy where if your 5 min late you get nicks. Opening or the reason people leave CSC is usually because they were offered something better because of the awesome experience they have here at CSC. People are very nice here.

You need good communication skills to work here. I know of one employee that left unhappily because of lack of communication with the manager.

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Minpunten

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
