The culture has turned toxic. When Bruce was here the culture was good. People enjoyed coming to work and they loved the work they did. The current CEO, Rod Ward, is never around. When he has a town hall he says stupid things. The VP's are greedy. They cut salaries and bonuses and then line their pockets with fat bonuses. They drive Jaguars and Tesla and live on horse ranches. Some of them own boats the size of yachts. It's really disgusting watching them take advantage of all of the people that support them. I've seen a few good leaders come into the organization, but the VP's get nervous and fire them after a few years. It's really bad. The Directors are running scared. They play politics, throw each other under the bus and stab each other in the back to survive the VP's pressure.

This is an unfortunate characterization of our organization and certainly our CEO. Glassdoor is a great venue to pull the curtain back to learn about what it is really like to work within an organization and we respect an individual’s right to express their unique opinion on working at CSC. We would like job seekers to understand who we really are in order to validate a decision to join us. At CSC our values are service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and genuine. Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Minpunten

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
