CSC is not a staff friend org. They pay their senior managers very well and their minions very poorly. They look for reasons not to pay their sales people commissions and bonuses and the leadership is some of the worst I have been exposed too. No discernible strategy in the domain business, but I doubt there would be the skills to execute even if there was. The leaders don't seem overly experienced or educated, which means that other than basic management 101 "work smarter not harder" sort of stuff there was not much opportunity to develop or grow. My experience with other staff members was that no one was happy, but because of the flexibility many people sucked it up, which I understand.
