Pluspunten

An excellent induction programme for new starters, that helped employees to bond and start building a network. And the canteen is fantastic!!

Minpunten

Everything else - 70 hour weeks was the norm, management are quick to give negative feedback but not praise for good performance. According to market data, salaries at CSC for most people are far lower than the market - unless you have friends in high places who can put in an excessive increase. Information is not shared among staff, making work very difficult.

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Minpunten

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
