Cool people who are enjoyable to work with. Fun employee events. Flexible with hours. Nice facilities with good cafeteria and gym.

Minpunten

The pay is terrible, making similar wages to those in food service or retail The work is boring and uninteresting. You honestly don't ever really need to speak to anyone to complete your daily assignments. Most people put head phones in and listen to music all day, never saying a word. Sitting at long bland tables gives the feel of a telemarketing call center. Soul crushing. Culture of fear when it comes to quality. Your entire performance is based on errors and, if you make one, your publicly shamed and made to feel awful. Absolutely no room for growth. Must give years of your life to even hope for advancement regardless of performance

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Minpunten

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
