You will be expected to work 50+ hours a week to receive any profit-sharing. You won't receive any profit sharing if you don't hit your KPI's. You will immediately be overloaded with more work, in-house meetings, and client calls than you can reasonably manage. The owner of the business it quite a piece of work.
