Also, I think, in any aspect of the professional company system, CT doing great.

- Good pay
- Team is great
- Excellent organization

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
