I've seen many positive changes which is the result of employees' feedback. #3 Continuous focus on learning and some form of reimbursement is also available for paid online training. #4 Gym subscription reimbursement is very encouraging. #5 Working with a lot of people from diverse cultures is also a plus

- Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

Minpunten

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
