1. Worst management. 2. Managers who only help those people they like. (If you want to know the meaning of partiality you can join here). 3. Stupid typing projects which are done by uneducated people in xerox center are the main project here. 4. Manager who doesn't care about employees. Actually i'am writing this review for the people who plan to join CTE CHENNAI. I have only one advice "Never join this company". In 2016 they recruited around 35 - 40 people for a project which never came and management tried to get new projects while keep lying to the employees that the project will start soon. When months passed, higher management asked question why they are still keeping these employees when there's no project and as a result managers started to give pressure to the employees by bringing stupid project and asking for target which required 10-12 hours of working without break. Soon people started to leave just like me and the worst is all of us are freshers and wasted 8 months of career here without doing anything. Please don't even think about joining this company.
