Dear Glassdoor Community, Employees are the most vital part of our company. However, a company is also made up of employees, who are real people. Therefore, always remember there is another side to the story. Some employees want a job that does not exist within an organization. We are only guilty of trying too hard to create one for this team member that would fit his skills and made him happy.
