7yThank you for detailing your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you had this negative experience. It appears that there were several miscommunications that allowed you to think that the items above are actual company opinions or policies. Most are simply not true. Clients are screened for best fit. Holiday sheets are given well in advance and all efforts are made to give employees their first choice holiday off and when possible, more. This is a 24/7 call center and we do need to stay open on holidays. There are many other incentive programs. Holiday pay is given for employees who follow the policies. For you to have this impression, I see that we need to improve the way that information is relayed as I am sure you would not have simply made things up, so thank you for pointing out the miscommunications.
