To clarify and touch on some of your concerns, all employees full-time and part-time accrue PTO which accounts for sick and vacation time. FMLA is a federal requirement with laws shaped around it and if a state we operate in does not meet the standards, we do offer other leave options and follow all ADA laws. We do offer a healthy incentive program which has proven successful and many of our agents benefit from it. Wages are evaluated annually and changes/increases are handled accordingly. Lastly, we strive in recognizing our employees strengths and advancement opportunities for operations, training, and many of our other departments are handled internally.
