Not really any pros, they say it’s a family company, but they treat you really bad day expect you to bend over backwards for them, but if you want anything, it’s too much. They don’t really care about employees all they care about is how to squeeze the most out of you

Very difficult place to work stuck in their ways, and people are very disrespectful no career progression, MANAGEMENT does not have any respect for employees and sees everybody as a cheap labour.

Good team and vibes with a great workforce. CST is super flexible to colleagues and their needs with a good work /life balance. Public transport includes bus stop at the park and Northern and Jubilee tube lines nearby. Also Borehamwood overground.

No work cons. Need to drive <10 mins to Borehamwood for good shops / restaurants.
