The messy and chaotic leaders of Calsoft Systems make the lives of the employees much more difficult. My work is adequately challenging. I learn a lot from doing my job. However, adding the disorganized leadership to the equation makes my work much more stressful and confusing. The leaders also add unnecessary pressure on the employees, leading to even more stress and sometimes even burnout.
