It was a great company to work for, team was great and lots of good benefits. Not too many pros after the change over to Intact.

Was purchased by Intact corp. and benefits suck and it's very corporate and large so not my type of place. If you are the corporate drone type have fun there. They seem to thrive in swallowing smaller companies and metabolizing them and assimilating sometimes great places and making them average to below average. Corporatism at it's worst.

Prone to staffing fluctuations which inhibit chances to move out of current role Lack of mid-level training Low-end salary compared to similar roles elswhere
