It is a group of exciting and talented people working together in an open environment. I genuinely enjoy working with most of my co-workers.

Minpunten

But, the management structure does a horrible job of providing adequate resources and management. The company has made questionable decisions regarding business development. There is little accountability and no clear expectations for performance.

Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
