Terrible management in some teams, micromanagement, adding more and more responsibilities and expecting things to get done in the same amount of time, unclear direction, unwilling to listen and actually care what their employees are saying about the work they are doing, no trust in their employees. Upper management is really unclear about direction of the company...too many 'strategic initiatives' to really keep track of them all. Some teams have a 'me first' attitude, don't really want to help other teams, and pass responsibility to others instead of pitching in and helping for the good of the customer. Culture isn't great either, divided and not really collaborative...kind of an 'every man for himself' feel.
