Micro-Management, no responsibility taken by management, superiors have no empathy, especially the ones from the states. Toxic worklife culture. You never know who is next that will be fired. Everybody is on performance plans!

- Remote - Good sdr pay - Team is supportive - Product has a stable place in the market and customers like it

- Fully outbound other than event leads - No real team culture unfortunately but that is tough remote - No growth path, you must force it or get lucky - Crowded market - Expectation for AI to be used on everything
