"Free at last, free at last - Thank God almighty I am free at last" — Those are the words I said to myself as I walked out of the Canvs offices on my last day. I sincerely would recommend looking elsewhere before considering working here. There is such a culture of blame that permeates throughout the whole company. Everyone is just trying to do their part to NOT get in trouble by a moody CEO. It does not breed a culture of "wanting to try new things" or "experimentation." The pressure to put out new features and updates is insane...and detrimental to the integrity of Canvs itself. We would put out less than stellar updates regularly only to have leadership get annoyed when the functionality isn't up to snuff.
