We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the self-starting culture and the opportunities to connect outside of work. Culture is exceptionally important to us, and we want our employees to feel a sense of inclusion and belonging. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was subpar, and we’re committed to working on ways to improve our culture and the employee experience. We’re also looking at ways to capture domain knowledge so it’s more accessible across the company.
We recognize that Extreme Ownership is a practice, and we won’t always get it right. We want our leaders to set an example for the rest of the company, and we’re introducing resources and exercises to support their growth.
