The role itself is so fulfilling as our sole purpose is to support the day to day operation and growth of Australian businesses. I love hearing our clients stories, building relationships with them and knowing that I have had some kind of positive impact to their lives. The company has generous incentive schemes, career progression pathways, an abundance of support and flexible working arrangements, we have so much influence over our level of success and reward we receive! I love being part of a company where everyone lifts each other up and celebrates each others wins! Its so rewarding receiving recognition for your contributions from your peers all way up to the CEO, you definitely get out what you put in! I've never worked at a place where I've looked so forward to getting into work every day. Amazing culture and place to be part of!

Not a con but it's definitely not suited to everyone. You need to be a real go getter, self aware and be someone who enjoys challenging themselves.

I have been with Capify for double digit years...I have been able to build a successful career here in the financial technology space. I am confident Capify will continue to be a leader in the industry and provide me and my co-workers strong career opportunities moving forward...

Minpunten

The industry is getting more competitive and new players come into the space every day...but Capify is always innovating with new products, technology and new regions to expand to in order to compete...

Pluspunten

The people are all very nice Good location, easy to get to from a commuting standpoint. No dress code.

Minpunten

Leadership doesn't seem to care about the morale of the company/employees. They don't really care whether or not employees are happy and do very little in terms of perks and things of that nature. For instance, it was a big deal when the office got free coffee and leadership acted as if they were doing something amazing for the team when in fact coffee is literally in every single office. The company relies on too many old school methods for business. Leadership seems like a dinosaur in the way some of the processes are. Company has trouble adapting to current trends. Also, no bonuses. Ever.
