I went from full time 40 hours to 9 hours the day I started. You have to pay for uniforms even if you have pants. Training was minimal. My supervisor called, texted, and even paged me at all hours. Job posting was a lie. Compensation is lowest in the market.
Depending on where you work then you can get paid to study to move on to a better job. And you can wear whatever you want too since they suck at sending uniforms out. Also, you can bring your dog to work as long as they're friendly.
Minpunten
Medical insurance is garbage and you're better off using the government's or whatever scale to pay clinic in your area. No paid vacations for full time employees because the contractor doesn't pay for that. And the company itself doesn't bother to pay for them because it costs money.
