Pluspunten
Overally nice people who really care about doing the right thing for the client. Has historically been a very sucessful company with outstanding investment results, a company who do things differently than the 'average'. The salary and benefits are good, and the work environment (offices and campus) are excellent. Managers genuinely do their best to listen to ideas and allow people to provide input to decision making.
Minpunten
Some of the homegrown Senior people are not very experienced or savvy about the real world out there. There are several who have been promoted past their level of competence. Its seems there is a lack of accountability because even now that the company is facing tough times, these people are still there.
