Great benefits! Very customer driven. There is a lot of empowerment to do what you feel is right for the customer. They are also big on volunteer work and encourage you to volunteer even if it's during your work day they will try to get you time off. Most managers are invested in their agents and are eager to help the succeed.

Micro managed. Every moment of your schedule is monitored by your phone activity. Small queues make it hard to get time off. Favoritism is alarmingly apparent with leaders from the former bank.
