-People tend to over analyze projects and people can make analysis match the desired outcome -Horrible IT (It's a wonder this company is still in business considering how much they rely on IT) -Promotions are very political (If you have a manager who won't fight for you then forget about getting promoted. Also, young analyst are promoted based on seniority. Once you have 18 months, you get promoted no matter how much you suck) -Good analysts do not necessarily make good managers. People managers should have people skills! -Company seems like they do not learn from previous mistakes. They seem to be willing to go down the same path that previously got them in trouble. Especially if their has been a change in management.
