Nice people to work with overall. They are usually encouraging and laid back. Usually has constant work so you are able to stay productive. Fans, popsicles, cool towels and electrolyte packets are provided during hot weather. Benefits are alright compared to many. Once a month leadership usually provides a lunch to say thank you to employees.

Pay doesn't match work demands. Communication between leadership isn't always kean. Storage space to facilitate effective daily needs is not satisfactory. Repairs and updates are needed but not quickly resolved. Absent unpaid is taken in four or eight hour increments rather than the hours equivalent to hours absent.
