Big organization and miscommunications happen, especially between the union and middle management. Regardless, I still feel like intentions are good and those miscommunications get sorted out. Management is difficult to work with. If they're like you, they will treat you differently from people in the "outgroup". There are also some serious concerns about scheduling, DEI, privacy, and transparency in management. Ahead of the DEI crackdown by this administration, cap deleted any traces of its affiliation with DEI and gender-affirming care so as "to preserve" our funding.
