Pluspunten

Commission is generous and the product has a lot of inbound leads. The CRM is packed with data and if you're creative about your outreach you can generate a lot of interest in the platform. We had a couple of different leaders in my time, but I will say that they all cared about the team and helped us grow even though timezones were tricky sometimes.

Minpunten

Working in a small team spread across different timezones means you don't get to see colleagues as often as you would like - but that's just the world these days I think!

Pluspunten

2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

Minpunten

As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.

Work-life balance was great overall.

Lack of training and low pay. A lot of miscommunication
